We’re re-starting resident committees, to give you an opportunity to be active in our community and make your voice heard. Each committee will advise the Board, with information, suggestions, and recommendations. Important: each committee is purely advisory. Your input will inform the Board as it makes decisions and acts on behalf of the Association. (Committee membership is open to all, both homeowners and tenants.)

Hospitality
This committee will look at the ways both new residents and long-time homeowners can get to know one another and enjoy our community together.
Landscaping
The new landscaping committee will explore issues and problems and look at ways to improve the appearance of One Lake Place.
Safety & Security
From traffic bollards and speed limits to crime prevention, this committee will consider ways we can improve our community protection.
Web Services
The committee for web services manages and creates articles regarding future events
